Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Most deliveries within the United States arrive in approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll let you know what options are available.

What materials do you use?

Our collection includes thoughtfully selected materials such as borosilicate glass and natural wood. Material information for each item is clearly listed on the product page.

Will every wooden product look exactly the same?

No. Natural wood features unique grain patterns and colour variations, making every piece naturally one of a kind.

Are your products suitable for everyday use?

Yes. Every product in our collection is selected with everyday functionality in mind while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At launch, we're focused on serving customers within the United States. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders and during selected promotions. Any applicable threshold will always be shown before checkout.

Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please review the Returns page or contact us before sending any item back.
